What do you call an action movie, with little actual action? You could call it "Mantis" but I'll simply call it boring. This film has no idea what it wants to be. It starts off well enough but then gets mired down in a morass of ideas, a romance, an assassins business venture and other innocuous nonsense. Acting is decent and sets are well done, action is solid too. So why the hell not build on that formula?
