The Intent has a plot we have all seen before, it had no originality and failed to deliver anything new. I think where the movie fails the most is the believability, especially from the cop's point of view. They did not feel like real police at all. The acting is quite questionable, but I will let it slide as the script did not help them. There was just no development for any of them and were we meant to like Gunz because it did not do a good job at making us root for him.
