Chompy & The Girls is a big surprise, in a good way. If you have watched the trailer, you'll probably expect yet another jump scare movie or a story loosely inspired by Michael Myers (Halloween), but it's much better than that. The movie is smarter than to rely on classic horror tropes and that creepy character is not your average slasher either. Let's address the elephant in the room, this is a low budget movie.
