Should have been called "Let the Woke One In". Yet again, US entertainment proves its far busier pushing the same tired trite social messaging, than actually being entertaining. Like so so much US entertainment, this sad affair tries to ride the coat tails of someone else's success. In this case a vastly superior Scandinavian film, that is in turn an adaptation of the novel. All the while completely failing to understand what made that film a success. Its aimless pilot fails to add anything to the underlying story.
