Its rare to come across a series, these days, you can genuinely call "original" German series "Oderbruch", meets that definition. This is a clever mix of crime and supernatural thriller, that starts conventionally enough but then blends in surreal, otherworldly elements. Its a compelling watch, that slowly draws you in. Characters, who on first glance, may appear atypical, damaged or disturbed, are not what they seem.
