"Mahin" (Lili Farhadpour) is a lonely, widowed, retired nurse who has lived by herself for many years, when she happens to overhear a conversation in the government run pensioner's cafe that points out that taxi driver "Faramarz" (Esmaeel Mehrabi) is also single.
